How we work a file

We move on evidence first
Footage is overwritten on a thirty-day cycle. Electronic logs have retention periods measured in months. A vehicle gets released to salvage. We send preservation demands in the first week, because the strongest version of your case exists early and degrades from there.

We do not value a claim early
Anyone who quotes you a number in the first conversation is guessing. What a claim is worth depends on where your treatment ends up, and that is not knowable in week one. We will tell you what we do not yet know.

We prepare every file for trial
Most cases settle. They settle for more when the other side can see the file is ready to be tried. Preparing only the cases that look like they are going to trial is how claims get underpaid.

You make the decisions
No settlement is accepted without you. We will give you our recommendation and the reasoning behind it, and then it is your call — including the call to reject an offer we think is fair.
