Motorcycle Accident

Rider injury claims, including cases where fault is disputed.

Overview

Motorcycle cases carry a bias problem before they carry a liability problem. Adjusters and jurors arrive with assumptions about speed and risk-taking, and those assumptions get priced into every offer until the evidence displaces them.

We build these files to answer the bias directly: reconstruction establishing the rider’s actual speed, sight-line analysis showing what the driver could have seen, and helmet and gear documentation that closes off the argument before it is made.

Motorcycle Accident questions

Does not wearing a helmet end my case?

No. In most states it may reduce recovery for head injuries, and it has no bearing at all on injuries to the rest of the body.

The driver said they never saw me. Does that help them?

It usually hurts them. A driver who failed to see a motorcycle in clear conditions has admitted to a failure to keep a proper lookout.

Are left-turn collisions easier to prove?

Frequently. A driver turning left across traffic generally must yield, so liability turns on whether the rider had the right of way rather than on the turn itself.
