What we collect
When you submit the case review form we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the type and date of the incident, your answers to the screening questions, and anything you write in the free-text field.
Our web host records standard server information for every visitor, including IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of the request.
Why we collect it
- To evaluate whether we can take your case and to contact you about it.
- To run conflict checks before any attorney-client relationship begins.
- To keep the site secure and to diagnose technical problems.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We may share it with service providers who operate this site or our case management system on our behalf, and only to the extent they need it to provide that service.
Confidentiality before representation
Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information you send before we agree in writing to represent you may not be protected by attorney-client privilege. Do not send confidential or sensitive details in your first message.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies as shipped. If you add analytics, advertising pixels or a chat widget, disclose them here and describe what they collect and how a visitor can opt out.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become cases are retained for the period set by our records policy and then deleted. Files for clients we represent are retained under the applicable rules of professional conduct.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some jurisdictions grant additional rights; if yours does, we will honour them. Requests go to the contact address below.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Where a claim involves an injured minor, we work with the parent or guardian bringing it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
